This workshop will introduce how research has established what is important to customers using examples of your own business organisation to contextualise and think about your own performance.
Knowing how to handle your customers in an appropriate and professional manner can result in significant business impact with customer satisfaction generating recommendations, extending business with and retaining your best customers!
